SCULPTURES and MIRRORS
SCULPTURES and MIRRORS explores adopting shapes, shadowing and mimicking behavior to create awareness of the audience's own involuntary or voluntary movement choices. The project allows the action executor to observe him/herself from an outside perspective - looking objectively an immediate past, a current shape or even potential possibilities for the near future. This is a participatory performance that can be held in the public sphere as well as in private spaces, inviting audiences to be active, playful and aware of physical choices, affective reactions and our behavior.
